I have not seen one but I don't think there is much of a need either. Each of the four lamps are located behind a screw off plastic cover. It is pretty easy to find them as the are directly aft of the bulbs themselves.
Once you remove the cover, simply grasp the bulb assemly and pull back. Once you have the assembly out, simply pull out the old bulb and snap in the new one.
The passenger side is pretty easy but the driver side gets pretty tight due to the routing of a few hoses/cables behind the light assembly. I actually cut a six inch section of clothes hanger to make a hook to pull on the wires for the inside light on the driver's side. It was just too tight to get my fingers in the grasp the actual bulb assembly. If you do this, just be gentle.
Anyhow, it is technically very straightforward, but just a bit tight.

I just did mine. It only took about 10 minutes to change all 4 bulbs. You have to squeeze your hands into tight spaces (driver side) but I had not problems.

Here you go. And if you haven't bought bulbs yet, I must say the ones from iJDMtoy are really nice. They're the perfect shade of white with a hint of blue and the color never changes over time.

Here's the link to the LEDs http://store.ijdmtoy.com/Canbus-Euro..._t10_sku26.htm

I must say though, the outer bulb on the driver's side was a pain in the rear to take out. I had to actually use pliers for that one.

Aww I just realized this was an old topic. Well. This was a wasteful effort.... ._.
