UMI w/ Command upgrade?
I remember reading somewhere that MB is working on an UMI w/ Command (voice control) upgrade..
Can anyone confirm this or have more updates??
I am tempted to have my C300 retrofit w/ the UMI function just for the iPod control on 5" display and A2DP Bluetooth..
However, if there is a Command included version coming soon, I will certainly wait for it..

UMI With Navi Cheaper than MM Pkg
2008 only had nav with the $3500 multimedia pkg. I too am interested in knowing if I can upgrade to this cheaper version of navi

Yes for you audio 20/ Audio 40 people there is an upgrade available. The Radio / Display / headunit stays the same. But it will add Navigation, Ipod control, USB based MP3, and wireless music. It is refered to as UMI / Universal Media Interface.
