Which OEM tires on 4Matic models with 18"?

Which OEM tires on 4Matic models with 18"?
Just wondering what tires the 4Matic models with 18" normally come with and what people think of them. Tried searching the forum and couldn't find much. I've seen mention of Continental and Michelin.

My car came with Pirelli PZero Nero All-Season. Nice looking tires, seem to be decently rated on TireRack.com. Haven't had the car long enough to form an opinion on their performance or wearability.

Although they're labeled all season, I don't plan on using them in the winter - I'll get some cheap 17" alloys and winter tires.

Mine came with Continental's (picked up my car about 6 weeks ago)
