parking light .. effect

I dunno what technical term we use for such lights.

Can we get such kind of parking lights? it could be either right side or left side of the first image.

Do you mean the LED eyebrow light? Or just another BMW angel eye copy? I'd leave the angel eyes to BMWs or ricers...

The right picture: left light is lighted by LED (6000K). right light is not on, the white you see is a reflection in the projector of the flash used to take the picture.

Headlamps can either be ON or OFF, but not dimmed. DRL means that the lights are on all the time, no matter how your lights switch is set.
The halo is possible but looks awful imo. You can get some cord-like CCFL's and glue them to the plastic in the light but it's not an easy mod.

Some DRLs are actually low power to the brights, giving a "dimmed" effect.

I think those are "city" lights for the EU. They are often run on lit roads in the cities.

I have no idea what it would take to convert US lights to them....lots of $ would be my guess.
