I also do not think they will fit. I think the offsets are too low. I think I saw a set of E63 reps on ebay for the W204 but they were 19's (19x8 & 19x9) if you are open to going that route.
i put 18" e350 sport wheels on mine and dont have any issues..
not sure what the offset is, but if they are the same as your e63 wheels then you should be good.
hope this helps

Thanks for the response. I went to this shop in JErsey that always advertises AMG wheels & the wheels were too big for my C300 and the tires kept rubbing. Now the owner keeps telling me that the new rims are on the way. So I took of the rims and threw my stocks back on. Then my tire sensor lights went off. I took the car too the dealer to find out he took my Benz sensors and replaced them with ford sensors.

I'm not sure what would **** me off more, stealing my sensors or putting crappy ford parts on my MB. But doing both to me would be deserving of a more than just an angry phone call. What is the name of this outfit?
You can compare the part numbers to verify the authenticity. The back of some reps may also say something to the effect of 'not an amg part' or something like that. There also should be a stamp on the back with the country of origin. I think mine are made in Austria.
