Moisture in fog lamps????

I've been getting moisture bubbles on the lens of my fog lamps for quite some time.

Last Thursday, I think I got them underwater (flash floods) and I saw that they were holding water. Well I was able to get a shop towel into them to soak up the water and clear the lens.

I noticed tonight when I got home, I've got those moisture bubbles on the lens again.

Seems that the housings are not moisture tight. Would this be covered by warranty?

I also burned out the low beam headlight. Is that covered by warranty?

Since the cause is due to flooding, I doubt you will get it warrantied.

Wear and tear parts such as headlight bulbs aren't covered by warranty either.

spoo

Since they were getting the moisture before the flooding, would that not indicate that they were not sealed to start with? Or is this common?
