Benz OE PCMCIA adapter SDHC compatible?
Just got the OE PCMCIA card adapter and am about to purchase some memory cards of ebay.
But is that adapter SDHC compliant?
MB only sell a OE 2gb SD card wich is the non HC max limit, maybe this is an indication that the adapter isnt HC compatible?
Has anyone tried a SDHC card with the OE Benz adapter?

Someone recently reported the MB adapter supporting HC cards. Wasn't the adapter not available for some time? I'm guessing they recently changed from a standard to a HC capable adapter. One should be careful when buying one in any case.
Also older Sandisk adapters do not support HC cards. The current adapter should come with the same product number but has HC support like seen above.

I tested one and it supported all my SDHC cards
Too bad that the 2 I bought didn't work. So I had it credited and I'm getting an iPod retrofit instead.

All the major computer stores look at me like I'm crazy when I ask for it.
I'll rather pay a bit more and be certain the adapter works in my car.

Thanks for the confirmation. I just had to order one from my local parts department since it's impossible to find an adapter anywhere in the area.
