Push in the bottom part of the grill...it's held onto the bumper with clamps. You can use a decent amount of force...u won't break anything. Once you push the bottom part back and un clip it...just pull the grill straight up. Some people have unscrewed the T-Bar behind the grill and removed the black plastic covers to the side of the grill...but I didn't do either when I changed my grill.

Push in and pull up.

Not having any luck at all. Im confused as to what you do once you'v removed the small nib at the top. I dont know how to get at the Tbar. Ive tried pushing in the front bottom of the grill but everything is flexing way too much and I dont want to brake anything.

The very bottom chrome strip is held in with tabs...just push in...it will flex but won't break. You don't have to do anything with the t-bar
