how do you remove this piece by the door?

It doesnt seem to pop off easily, I don't want to break it. whats the best way to remove this, want to run wire under it for rear camera mod. Theres a similar piece in by the front door as well. If anybody has any better ideas or suggestions feel free to post ;]

LMAO...those Thai "girls" from Patong can surprise you if you are not careful...and not one of those good surprises.

Yeah, pull straight up on it. It should be held in with little plastic clips.

Charlie you don't have to take the step plate off to run your lead, you should be able to tuck it under the edge. I know thats how i did it, I went via the passanger side though.

Oh for crying out loud....

Just grab one end and pull straight up. They pop right off.

Then, you can hide your cable under the carpet where it belongs.

Does anybody know what the wire colors are for the red door lights? I tried to remove the light piece but was only able to remove the red cover but not the actual housing.

Thanks, coming to think of it, I am assume that all wires colors in each door will be different color?

Reason why I am asking is to install the aftermarket illuminated doorsills. it should be easy to wire these to the lights in the door so they only turn on when the door actually opens. rather then using the interior light.

Help is appreciated
