"I'm very sorry for the mistake of my office girl. I'll double check it from your new order and not make any mistake in the future. Again, very sorry for our mistake."
Now, I'm guessing by "your new order", he meant he's placing a new order for me to replace the missing pieces and not future new orders. I sent him an email to clarify, but haven't heard back.

Greetings...
It is so sad to get your e-mail. I know it is our mistake but it is only 26pair difference. Furthermore, you have 26 pairs with Pure white. It is not a shortage of quantities. I sure that many customers like Pure white than cool white. You can sell them without any trouble. I'm sure that i'll not make the like this kind of mistake in the future.

I sent them a response saying that pretty much everything they said was complete BS. Regardless of sending the right quantity, it was not the correct item sent and demanded them take some form of corrective action.
Unfortunately, I'm really at their whim as they're outside any jurisdiction I can think of, and the transaction was a bank wire so can't have my credit card company dispute it. Led them to believe that this was just the beginning of future business with them and if they didn't want to lose that, they'd man up, but even then, that's flimsy.
Guess you can't blame them for trying. haha. Will update those who are delayed when I get them.
These bulb actually change how the car looks at night. No longer the odd combination of regular bulbs and HID's if you are running them. They actually look much more aggressive. I also put a bit of tint over the lights and it looks like a dual led bulb Audi-headlight in some angles. Headlight tinting with LaminX will be probably the next step.
The bulbs look fine before I put them in, and were fine initially, but as others experienced, the bulbs turned a bit purple over time. I don't think it is the bulb's fault as the purple really came out on the edges of the housing. I'm guessing something to do with the housing and the heat inside of it since these bulbs can get quite warm/hot.
I attached some pictures to show how it looks like. I took some with my 85 f/1.2L but it doesn't give a good realistic shot so instead I went with a slower lens. Funny story is that last night as I was driving, I was at an intersection turning right when a police officer passed in front of me then started to drive extremely slow. Good thing he was in front and I took the subsequent right turn after. I'm sure he noticed the purplish tint.

Probably has to do with the heat being emitted from the LED. Maybe it shows up as purple when the light passes through the heat.
Sorry to hijack the tread with that Michael.
Although I firmly believe these LEDs do stay white and it really is the housing. I've had some plugged in, and left them outside the housing and they stay white with car running 15 minutes. Long trips, color doesn't shift on the ones in my sidemarkers or interior.
So what we need isn't just white LEDs, it's LEDs that can compensate for whatever deficiencies built in housing.

Note: this is not how blue the lights are. I applied a bit of a tint and exposure to offset some light fallout.
so hopefully will be able to put these on today. Thanks alot for everything that you've done for us Michael, it is greatly appreciated!
