2010 W204 Ipod/Interface will have video!!
Spoke with the dealer in Lakeland FL, they mentioned that the new ipod/mp3 interface will allow video to be viewed on the COMMAND as well as all the functions of the ipod on the command screen. He did state that it did not display compatibilty with older w204 chasis. Please anyone check if it will be retrofitable!!!!

Likely that the '10 w204 COMAND will have updated firmware and/or ipod integration kit...I doubt that they would throw-in a new MELCO system alltogether.

in the engineering menu, i already saw an option for aux video or something. im just jelous for the ipod controls

I think hes BS'ing you, unless they come up with a redesign in 2010, (or a huge MELCO firmware update) I highly doubt it.

Besides, whats the point of adding ipod video integration when the system doesnt have VIM readily accessible? Give us traffic via RDS instead!
