Question What price should I expect on this C350 (5/25/09)? What did you pay?

Hey all! What price should I expect on this BRAND NEW 2009 C350:

Arctic White
Black Interior (MBTex)
Black Birdseye Maple Trim
P2 Package
Multimedia Package
Panorama Roof
iPod/MP3 Kit
18" AMG Alloy Wheels

Edmund's says the pricing SHOULD be around:

MSRP = $46,640
INVOICE = $43,436

But what kind of REAL deals are people getting on similar configurations (off invoice price)? I know there's a $2K "market support" on financing. Is there anything else I should be looking for?

Thanks for any replies!

If you are not in a rush to get your C you should wait and get a 2010 model.

Got it. Are there any significant changes in 2010? The only thing I read about are dynamic steering, the removal of rear sunshade as an option (WHY???), including the iPOD/MP3 into the multimedia package (but removing the H&K Logic 7), and adding a driver side knee airbag. Nappa Leather Steering Wheel, Power Lumbar Support, Optional Keyless-Go, Optional Rear View Camera, Tire Pressure Monitor are all very nice, but either don't interest me or I don't necessarily need them (for the price MB charges)... unless the Rear View Camera is only a <$300 option (which it probably won't be), then I'd take it. Am I missing anything else?

I've read that the side mirror change and DI 292HP engine other countries are getting will NOT come for the U.S. (mostly due to oversupply of 2009 models/components... the engine being the most significant change I've read about).

Honestly, if nothing else is changing from 2009 to 2010, I'd rather have the cost-savings (or POSSIBLE cost-savings, depending on how negotiations go) than paying more for a 2010 model which is virtually the same as 2009...

I'm going to the dealership this afternoon to talk pricing for the first time... anyone have any idea what REAL pricing is to be expected (and whether this same configuration would end up being CHEAPER on a 2010 model than a 2009)?

There is your answer - target $41,436 (invoice minus $2k market support). I don't think you will get it for that, but somewhere between that and invoice would be a great deal.
