So I picked up my car at monday and it is realy awesome. These are pictures of designo ceiling. I have no idea, if it is standard in AMG package/Sport C or no, but anyway, it is in black fabric instead of light grey ceiling in Avangarde and i realy like it.

Took 5 hours, I wanted a manual and they said it would take serveral month for it to be shipped out and ended with an automatic with a offer that I couldn't refuse.

Thanks for the picture. I can't quite see what's so good about having it designo though... (apart from you wanting a dark interior and them not offering it). As long as you're please that's all that matters. Enjoy the car in good health. =)

I swapped my earlier order with someone else's in late April right before the car goes into production line..

The car was at Halifax at end of May and just got to the dealership this weekend!

Would be picking up next week.. excited!

PS i thought only the 63s have such a long wait.. guess not?

I went to check the car out yesterday but could not drive it since it was waiting for PDI and other stuff..

I think I will be losing a lot of sleep this week! lol

I'm from Richmond Hill too! haha I always have photoshoots with my friends at around the CGI parking lot behind commerce! btw, which dealer you getting your 63? I was at the Markham dealership yesterday..cuz one of my friends decided to kiss me with her 335xi! If you're getting your 63 from there you might've seen me yesterday!

OMG i WAS at MB Markham yesterday around 4-7 getting some paperwork done.
(and RQ at commerce for the rest of the night)

The parking lots around that area seems to be a hot spot for photoshoots..

she hit me pretty hard.. or at least it felt really hard.. ahhah got 2 small dents of her liscense screws on my bumper and the active headrests or w.e popped out haha. yeaa she's still my friend! not many girls I know drives a 335xi around!! Damn, I think I was at the dealership at around 2:30.. cuz there was a BMW meet at the GO station beside there! we were crusing there and she decided to kiss me at the traffic light haha. There were 3 benz at the meet, a white c63amg and my c300 + my friends c63amg.. It was sick you should've came since your bmw is gonna retire soon though it was a 1er and 3er meet it was nice!

btw, I take it that you're a gundam fan?

My family used to have a x3, got rid of it and got a GLK now haha yea,, the turn out was HUGE,,, I don't see anything this big for MBs here in toronto. When they do its really far away ahha .

Yea, been watching Gundam since RX78-2 till double 00. I actually have one of the OSTs in my car! hahahah

The x3 is nice.. i was looking at the glk or q5 as a direct replacement.. but decided i needed sth more sporty which led me to A5 or E92 ..

I don't even see any mb meet threads for toronto! lol i just read the one for BC and be jealous..

How do you like the GLK?

NICE! haha we have more in common .. i almost got a personalized license plate saying "RX 78" or "ZGMFX20A" .. but figured it would be too much lol

LOL! take it you're not that old thn? maybe similar to my age! the GLK is def faster than my c300 I can feel the acceleration..there are some meets at KC (kennedy commons) but as far as I know the turn outs aren't taht great... like 10-15 cars I think? I havn't been to any of them yet but you can see the meet times at PureMb.com. Im dying to have a w204 meet liek the bmw meet yesterday! when you get your car we should def organize something since not a lot of people organize MB meets...either that or I'm not aware of them!
