How do I lower the volume on incoming calls on the bluetooth volume on a C350?

i believe it's done in the advanced menu...

under the phone settings.

what i do while its ringing....just lower the volume manually...the knob to raise or lower the volume of the music...lower it while its ringing. It worked for me

... You can also change the COMAND volume the same way. Make her speak and when she does, press the volume down button on the steering wheel.
