No, the offset has to be 40 or higher.

same offset fitment doesn't matter if you have 4-matic or rwd.

Factory wheels are:
Front 7.5" x 49mm offset
Rear 8.5" x 54mm offset

Compared to the wheels you would like to fit....
...the Fronts will stick out an extra 23mm
...the Rears will stick out an extra 30mm

From what I have seen on peoples C's, you could extend an extra 15mm both front and back before it starts too look "odd". Maybe even push the rear to extend 20mm. You extend any further and it does not look good because it looks like your wheels stick out.

...So I would have to say no, these will not fit.

Going up 1" in width is an extra 13mm alone, so....
...fronts would extend 13mm + 11mm = 24mm....which is too far
...rears would extend 13mm + 11mm = 24mm....which is also too far

Adjusting the camber will cause irregular wear on your tires, if you don't mind changing your tires more often.

I'm running 40 offset on my 8.5" wide wheels and it sits nicely within the wheel well at the top, though it does stick out beyond the lower valence which causes dirt and brake dust to kick up on the side panels. I don't recommend going any lower of an offset for a 8.5" wide wheel.

no, spacers actually decrease the offset.
I would avoid anything less than a 40mm offset for a 8.5" width wheel, and 47mm offset for a 9.5" wheel.

18x8.5 18x8 ET35 is pretty much as far out as you can go on the w204.
