Clearing Check Engine Light Code
Has anyone personally cleared a check engine light code with a OBDII scanner? I am trying to clear the code with a scanner, but it will not let me clear the code? Do you need a Star Diagnostics Scanner to clear the code or is there some other way? ...and I'm not using a cheap-o scanner either.
PS. The key in position one, with the gas pedal thing to reset the tranny is not what I'm looking for.
