c350, white or black
i remember seeing a thread on this, cant find it.
ive decided to trade my z4 in this month on a c350. having a baby, need more space. plus ive never owned a benz so this will be the first.
white c350 with pano
or
black c350
i really love the white c's with pano, 20% tint. black rims are even cooler.
however, black looks great with 20% too. just a ***** to keep clean. i dont wash my bimmer much now anyways.
can some owners post pics please? thanks

Black is a rocking color, and I love the classy look black, but if you love the design of the New w204, I think White or Silver is best, because those two colors show off the designs of the car the best. Black sorta hides it...

C350 and a Lightning.
I have a black C350 and I wish I would have bought a white one.
I Love black cars but yes they are a pain in the *** to keep clean (I have two) but the real reason is the C has some pretty cool body lines that seem to get lost in the black color, especially the front end. The black ones don't have the contrast between the body and the lower grill sections that the lighter colors do.
The white with pano thing is a personal preferance. some think it looks great and others will say it looks like a cop car. I didn't like it at time of purchase and wanted the pano so went with black, now I like it on the white ones.
White with the two tone interior looks awesome to me.
The other reason was that I got an incredible deal on that one particular black car so, there you go.
I just read aranu's post and we just said the same thing.

your right, its really difficult to choose. the c looks great in every color.
compared to the new 3 series, you pretty much want to drive it with the car cover on it. its hideous looking. the 335i sedan is a very fun car to drive but man is it ugly.

i think the white needs to be tinted very dark. combined with a pano roof and it looks sharp. you really dont have to do anything with the black, just get in it and drive.

Wasn't my camera and yeah, that pic hasn't been cleaned up yet. Was just the teaser that my photographer sent me. The rig we used was actually attached to my car and not another car. Don't have to worry about speed matching and less vibrations this way.

Wow really? It was attached to your car? Ive heard of those, but haven't seen it before. That rig would be too $$ for me. Guess I'll test how good matching speed will give me. might have to get someone to drive my car and i lean out a window or something if the rig proves to be not stable enough... Gonna test the destabilize feature on my Camera then. Tell your photographer that pictures is gold

ahhh that makes sense haha. So confused. I think I'll try that. I have a car mount myself. Never thought of cloning technique though. Will post up some things when I get around to it!

In my opinion, you can never go wrong with black. Lovely color for luxury cars. But I still think you should go for white simply because the W204 is one of few cars that look stunning in white. I am sure you will own another car in black in the future, if you haven't already.
I have a white with pano. Been driving black cars for the past 8 years and this was a wonderful and worthy change.

I agree. I got the silver for low maintenance and the fact that is shows off the wheel flares and body lines better than black...but ooohhh a shiny black Benz looks sweet when she is all cleaned up...

08' C300 Sport (W204) w/P1, Pano Roof, chrome head & tail light frames, chrome door pocket inserts
If you're getting the pano roof, go with the white... mine is black with the pano roof but you can't tell it has a pano which defeats the purpose in my opinion. White was my first choice but I was juggling back and forth between the black, white & palladium. I ended up w/the black because it was the lowest price on the dealer inventory list and i couldn't wait!!! (never crossed my mind the pano would be almost hidden) The black gets dirty fast but when its shining it looks amazing. Luckily my cousin bought a white one so still get the best of both.
