Traffic announcement - lowering volume

Hello,

I was not able to find any information here using search. My question is, if there is any way how to lower volume of TA. I like to hear them, but sometimes they are so loud compared to music i listen to, that it almost hurt my ears.

Is there a way how to set them to stay on same level as music or fixed level? They sound like at 30-40 % louder.

Thanks a lot for replies.

D.

I'm not sure if there's a better way to do it, but I tap the steering wheel volume buttons as a voice is being played. It leaves my music volume unchanged and only affects the voice.

That is the proper procedure, the key is that it has to be adjusted while it is actively speaking.

Make it permanent...

To make the revised volume of TA (or any other of the voice-over-music settings) permanent I use the procedure the MB factory representative showed me during the EDP familiarization.

Try quickly adjusting the dash mounted volume knob to the desired levelwhile the TA, or whatever, is still talking, then quickly push down on the command knob so as to store the setting/preference.
