hood not latching correctly
anyone else have this problem??
when I open my engine hood...and then try to close it...it takes at least 3 or 4 SLAMS to get it to latch right....it always ends up with the drivers side of the hood sticking up, not latched.
ive tried adjusting the rubber adjusters, but nothing has helped. any suggestions?? its very annoying, as i have already made a very minor dent in my hood trying to slam it.

Hood Problem.
The hood appears to have three latches, one on each end & the center latch. The passenger's side of the latch was the one causing the problem. It took two visits to Mercedes to solve the problem; it's fine now.
If you're experiencing this problem; find out which side isn't latching; then, use some force with two hands to slam the hood shut.
