2010 Updates
Don't see any posts on the main page here about the 2010 updates, but now that the build your own at MB is updated for 2010 here are some that I noticed.
Sport models seem to have the most updates or changes starting with new (previously standard in other countries but not the U.S.) 17'' wheels.
New color choices of Metallic Pearl Beige and Metallic Quartz Blue (Both of which are now available on the Luxury model as well).
Sirius Radio now has real time traffic updates. (Still part of P1, but can now also be ordered as a stand alone option)
4 way power lumbar support (Part of P1)
Dynamic Handling Package now available (Driver adjustable suspension, Shift paddles, Speed sensitive steering, and 18'' AMG wheels).
And correct me if I'm wrong, but it appears a Command Package is now available that consists of the navigation package minus the actual navigation. I don't recall this being available before.
A rear view camera is now available as a true MB option now.
Both the Luxury and the Sport models receive the new exterior mirrors.
Other than the above mentioned mirrors, it appears no hard core changes have been made to either the exterior or interiors, but it also looks like MB hasn't updated the photos on the website yet either, so I'm working from the build your own function.

After reading an irate post from a new owner of a 2010 I thought I might add that the Harmon Kardon system is now a $800 stand alone option and not part of the P2 group anymore.
