Chip Tuning
I'm looking for recommendations on where to get chip tuning in Germany

According to their website I should have a HP increase to 292 (Appx 8% increase), Torque increase 7% to 375 Nm, Top speed increased to 167 MPH, with modest gains to fuel consumption (less than 4% for city or highway) all for $700 including a 2 year warranty. 2 Year warranty available on engine for an extra $640.

Will get it to 305 HP with same Torque increase for $1,075 including a 10 year warranty. 2 years warranty on engine available for extra $415
Can anyone else share the results / prices of their chip tuning?

When I spoke to CEC (Brabus) a few days ago, I spoke to a knowledgeable guy asking them if they were going to produce a chip for the c300. He said Brabus won't be producing one, there isn't much to gain from chipping that board. I'm not an expert but he convinced me!

I talked to a friend on Friday with an 07 SLK 55 AMG and he gave me a card for a Carlsson tuner who he said would chip tune my ECU. I'll contact them in the next week or two to find out what their price is and what kind of results to expect, but I think Carlsson would be the best bet since t hey have deep pockets and can cover my car in Europe and the US. Has anyone here used Carlsson for chip tuning?
