Help needed deciding

I havent been on the forum for the longest time... I have been very busy with work and didn't have time to even take care of toys

I have already put 40,000km on my car after little over 1 year. I just sold my weekend toy for various reasons. Now that I am left with the C and Ducati, think I am in need of some refreshment. I love the car as a DD but it still lacks so much from acceleration point of view. I have come up with some options to choose from but left undecided I was hoping you guys can throw in some input to help me decide

1. Sell the C200k and purchase a more powerful daily driver
2. Kleemann upgrade kit for M271 engine + brakes, suspension, new wheels, exterior
3. Swap engine, transmission, rear end from E55k and other goodies with it
4. keep it as is

To me, option 1 would be easiest but would have to fork out a lot of $$. I was thinking about CLS55 or M5. Not a great gas saver but it wont be as slow.
Option 2, would be relatively cheap but wont be gaining much.
Option 3, probably would cost me about $30k+ but still cheaper than buying M5 or CLS55. Also its fun and unique, a long down time though.
Option 4, just saying F it and drive it like old fart...I'd like to keep it as DD but I don't have enough for my next weekend vehicle purchase i've been looking into.

Financially, I can just sell the Duc and have $30k to play with, also without the weekend vehicle, bike just doesnt cut it + the one will be happier that I am getting rid of the bike

I am open to any ideas, help me decide. Wife thinks I am insane, so I must keep it DL heheh meaning I can't discuss it with her.

Thanks guys

The best bet seems like choice number one. Number two might not be a bad idea, but by the time you put the money together for the upgrades it might have been cheaper to just get a more powerful car to begin with. Number three sounds expensive and then your not guaranteed to not have problems with the said upgrades. Things are always tricky when swapping engines and trannys and problems are sure to arise. How about a number four where you sell the bike and trade the car in for a C63. If you do some looking there are 2009 C63's to be had out there and offer a little discount for being left overs. The discounts aren't nearly as nice as the $10-12k off as I've been seeing on C300's, but $5-6k shouldn't be much of a stretch.

Jeez man , that is a no brainer, go for number 1 and keep the DUC, bikes are freedom man! No matter who or what says about 'em.

I just test drove a manual S5 last night....I have been happy with my C....until now. Jeeezzz, that is one freakin awesome ride.
If you want a beautiful car with plenty of power, it is hard to beat the S5. Of course the 2009 A4 we have has been a little problematic....as the previous A4 before it, so I am a little afraid of Audi.

Call me crazy, but a friend of mine totaled E55k so I was thinking too far ahead. It will probably cost me a whole lot more than I expected even though I will be doing most of the work on the car.

Bike.... yes I'd keep it and keep riding forever but I am forced to in some ways

I will get power hungry even after those mods but cant ignore the $$$

I guess ill think about this one a bit more

Thanks guys

#1 makes a lot of sense if you are tired of the C.
#2 if you love the C a face lift will keep your spirit up for awhile.
#3 sound excited and fun to do but you need to have a 3rd car.
#4 is definitely a bad idea.

If your wife wants you to give up the ducati, and you're tired of the C200, why not trade them both in for the CLS55 and have a car that you can enjoy everyday?

You are right. I think I am bored/tired with my current DD.
