2008 C300 4Matic HID Fog Light DIY
My 2008 C300 has the sport package (AMG Styling), the fog light bulbs are H7's.
I just want to share what I did to install HID's
1. Drilled out sockets that hold the actual H7 bulb, used a Dremel Rotary Tool.
2. Cut the HID wires, then soldered the wires and used heat shrink
3. Filled in back of socket with silicone, just in case.
I've attached pictures, tell me what you think.

LOL, This my first post ever, once I had the fog light in my hands, it literally took 15 mins to do both, the silicone however took all day to dry.
I used a drill bit to empty the socket then I used a bit that I have no idea what it's called but i'll include a picture of it.
the green one was simply used to smooth it out.
