Anybody figured out how to eliminate the dead air gaps between songs when playing DVD Audio Discs with MM? My iPod lets me do this, so you would think our HK system would do the same?

This is particularly annoying on the Beatles "Love" DVD - it sounds great, but meant to play continuously with no interruptions.
