look tight and i would definitely want these on my ride.. .however, i need my foglights for practical use and these don't look bright enough for my road conditions... maybe next year they will come out with something brighter...

if you have P2 package, you wont even notice the fogs being taken out since the fogs arent even on unless you're turning the steering wheel. probably why this will only be an option with P2

the price for the lights is $ $184.50 each at getmercedesaparts.com
just entered the part numbers and they came up in their system.
i have used them before, the parts are shipped directly from a dealer in anapolis and are genuine mercedes parts of course... shipping was reasonable on my small order of c63 brackets and replacement grill star

2009 Mercedes Benz C350 CDi
I think it looks good in the photo, but I just don't know about the whole LED thing at the front of the cars. I think its a fad and seems like Mercedes Benz is copying Audi with their direction. Seems so stupid when you see people driving around with the "christmas tree" on during the day at the front of their car.... Just my opinion!

The parts numbers for cover(s) are released on EPC. The problem is that they are not in the ordering system yet. (If you punch in the number it will say "NOT FOUND") I looked at them yesterday, looks like there are 3 different parts, not including actual LEDs.

I know there are pictures and brochures out and everything, but part of me wonders whether or not these are really accurate and whether or not they're actually dummies.
I mean, let's look at the new S-Class for example and see that the LED strips are placed right above the area where the fog lamps would go. That right there looks like a pretty attractive setup even though I prefer traditional fog lamps (I just think it looks better personally, but feel free to disagree with me of course).
Then in the new E-Class, you have the option of the double setup of fog lights and then the hockey-stick LED lamps. Even though they're not to the taste of everyone both setups are still quite attractive.
Now in the new C-Class, this LED strip does not look attractive at all. It looks as if there is something missing and it leaves that whole area somewhat bare. I'm wondering whether or not Mercedes is instead doing something more like the S-Class setup and these photos are just speculation for the most part, or purposely put out to fool you.
Frankly, if the facelift looks like this I might just pick up a 2010, even if it is without the new interior...

Woah woah... those of us with P2 have the corner illuminating fog lamps, yes... but we can still turn them on just like those without the P2 package and they stay on as normal... I hope you weren't thinking that we had oddly functioning foglights, rather they just do a little more ;-).
