Question Serivice A QUESTION???????

My assyst plus says service A is due in 30 days; I have just under 7700 miles on my car. My question is can i get away with postponing the service until I get more mileage on the car and whats all included in the service??????

Steel Grey Metallic C63!!
You can always "get away" with it by reseting the system, but that would just be cheating yourself. It's your car, why would you want to risk it by cheaping out and not perform the oil change? If you want to save money, just perform the service A yourself. It's just changing the oil. There are a few threads on the forum that tells you how to do it.

service A is just a simple oil change. I would just do it, because it is a 1 year/10,000 service. My car has just over 3000 miles and I have my first service A scheduled next week

If you want, change the oil yourself with a new filter.
resetting the assyst plus is to press the phone and ok button at the same time (about 3 - 5 sec) and you will see the diff manual come up.

Simple oil change and the dealer in Toronto, Canada charge about $300 bucks Canadian $$ OUCH!!!! and I belived your C350 take about 9 lL?? mine C300 took 8.5 L of syn oil and filter.

How long has it been since you took delivery of the car? Your dealer may not have reset the indicator. Even though, it has at least been a year since the oil was put in the car so it certainly wouldn't hurt to go ahead and change it.
