Smile software upgrade for audio 20
I hope someone can help me with software upgrade cd for audio 20 if someone have can PM and i can arrange a ftp to upload it for me

If you have a Star, you should have the SW too. What would you do with the SW without the SDS?

I need the software cd to do upgrade through SWDL in Engineer Menu in audio 20 system

I believe it consists of software.

I had a quick look at some documents but I did not find much about Audio 20 issues that a SW update would fix (but the head unit can be updated).

Perhaps the OP knew some specific issues.

i need this software not to fix some bugs in the HU but i need this software to do some reverse engineer of the software running in the HU

I see, or actually I don't see what would Audio 20 have to reverse engineer but anyway would the format from the telematics update suite you?

oh it's nothing too serious.

the aud 20 is so weak...

i can't understand how in 2009 they can't have a good lookin GUI the system is so basic... what was benz thinking... smh.

The basic radio option should be reasonably basic, if the customer wants more and is willing to pay more, then there are other options (Audio 50 APS and Comand APS in Europe at least). What would you consider missing from Audio 20 as a baseline head unit?
