magnaflow x-pipe or custom xpipe???

Hey guys,
im getting the x-pipe mod this week i just wanted some info/advise...
what differences other than price is there from buying an x-pipe from magnaflow or having a custom made one like the one from exhaust depot?
does it sound the same? from the you tube video i found from the company they said that the stamped magnaflow x-pipe makes the C350 sound raspy vs the custom made one...true not true? any info would be greatly appreciated.

C300 Sport LOADED
no difference. I used Magnaflow and the muffler shop put the x pipe where stock one was. they didn't put toward front or back but just in middle exactly where the stock one was, and it is great. I can't notice difference unless In lower gear and high rpm, or just higher rpm overall. you can hear clearly from outside but quite inside of car.

If you need there are many youtube video including mine.
