Those seats in the 2010 E350 look much more comfortable than the boards that pass as seats in my C300.

Everything else in the car is the same- I don't see why not.
Might have problems with wring the controls on the drivers seat. My leg kept rubbing on them too but I love the style.

im pretty sure it's possible, but will cost a lot. might be even cheaper to get custom upholstery

i think it could be just bolt on since they share so many other parts already.
