Would this work with the C63 Diffuser? I wonder how the alignment will fit and the oval size look a little smaller?

I don't know. I don't think anyone else have it either. If the dimensions fit, your body shop can weld them on. Otherwise, I don't see how it will not fit on the diffusor.
Addenum: 118x80mm is 4.66in^ x 3.15in
C63 is 4 13/16in(4.81)
C300/C350 is 4 3/4
Therefore it is smaller than C63 tips. Still will work imo.
