FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME!
DO NOT BUY from Kerpal on this forum. I got an email saying he is from this forum, and that he has a good connection for HID kits. Well I ordered my lows and all that I got were STOCK HALOGEN BULBS!!! SCAMMED!
Well, he said that I got the wrong order. He apologized up and down, and said he'd give me another set for 1/2 off. Well I got another set for my fogs and this time I got nothing!!!!!!! SCAMMER! and paypal won't help because THEY ARE SHOWING THAT I GOT AN ORDER, BUT ITS FOR BULBS!!!!!!!! NOT THE HID KIT! SO THEY ARE SIDING WITH HIM! AND WON'T EVEN LOOK AT THE 2ND ORDER WASN'T EVEN SENT!
