Flushing Brake Fluid
How often do we need to do this? My service advisor said I should do it every 2 years on Friday, when I had an oil change at 21,000 miles.

Fluid change
My dealer offers a no-appointment drop-in for this which I did last month. $85.00.

What about turning off the B service on our dash? Dealer said it will cost me $60 just to have it off if I decide not to do the B service. Is that true?

I had it done last week since the dealer I took the car to for B service didn't do it (only 18 months old then). What I noticed for a day or two was that the brakes felt "better". Now they're back to "normal". Car still stops when I press that pedal.
I had let my Jeep go about 8 years without a flush. I can definitively tell you that 8 years is way too long unless you like replacing brake components!
