Paint Flaking Issue

Paint Flaking Issue
I found paint on the rear door handle (the driver side) was flaking. You can easily see the edges of the door handles are not very smoothly manufactured.
Other three look fine but seemingly might be able to be problematic in the future.
Have you ever had the same symptom? I will post the pictures of this symptom before see my dealer though I am wondering and would like to hear your experience if any.

If the seams are finished poorly and that is obviously the reason for the paint flaking, this should be a no brainer warranty issue.

I brought my ride to my dealer and then the service advisor said it would be repainted.
Repainting is the right treatment for this issue? Should I have requested for replacement?

If they prep properly by knocking the "edges" off and smoothing things out, shouldn't be an issue.
