Clearly, these is some interest in your badge, considering you've sold almost 500 in many different countries.
I would like to offer some constructive criticism about your badge, and I offer it with appreciation for the hard work you put into making them:
The three-pointed star in your badge does not look like the original MB star at all. You have gone to great lengths with the laurel and the "Mercedes Benz" letters. I think your badge would look so much better if you recreate the Mercedes-Benz three-pointed star more faithfully, with special attention to proportion, style, thickness, etc.
As it stands, the out-of-proportion lessens the appeal and value of your product. That is my humble opinion.

Let's review the history as you suggest... The last is a genuine Mercedes-Benz produced key fob purchased at the local dealer in 2005.

The white star over the last 50+ years has been becoming slimmer and slimmer, even as evidenced from your images (1958 SL, and 2006 G) from the original Mercedes star which was much wider. To me, the outer angles on your star seem wider than the contemporary white star logo, as does the thickness of the star.

There are 59 AMG Badges in circulation, at the moment. The next to be sold is serial #60, and I have more than enough parts to make another 200 AMG Badges.
The first 500 WHITE STAR Flat Badges have been sold. But not to worry, as I will continue to make these until I run out of parts... another 90-100 or so.

Years after starting this project, I still get questions whether my badges are a direct swap for the 44mm diameter Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) Standing Star hood ornament.
To clarify again, my badges are made DIRECTLY from the OEM part, so indeed, they are 44mm badges. How could they be anything else?
The following picture shows how the OEM part is adapted to accommodate either the AMG or WHITE STAR flat badge insignia.
