Video in motion - any other companies besides Midcity?
Reposting this here, posted in the c63 section by mistake
Did a search and came up withing nothing. I couldn't find if any other company has them for sale besides MidCity. I am looking to get this as a gift and if I have to go that route, I guess I will. Is there any other less expensive alternatives before I purchase this?

might not be worth it, but the cool thing is not just the vim, but being able to input directions while moving. I guess ill just bite the bullet if no one else sells it!

LOADED 08' C350 & 14' GLK-350 Diamond White (P1, MM, AMG Pkg, Ln Trkng, Htd Sts, Keylss Go)
i got mine for $150 shipped from a forum member and it was wayyyyy worth it and has an excellent cool factor that is complemented by all my passengers when they are treated to a nice video while riding along
as far as inputting directions while moving... it is pretty worthless since the nav is disabled and it takes up to a minute to resync it once you activate VIM...
it is faster to still use voice command since you dont have to resync the nav and turn off vim after using it...

its about half off... u can get em brand new from mid city from around 300-320 i think last time i called them...
putting the command back with the harness is pure HELL though and I would recommend soldering it directly without the harness if you want to save hours of your life and extrem frustration
