Winter & W204 - other issues??
Hi Guys,
It snowed yesterday night, temp. is around -4 degrees this morning. When I tried opening my back (Passenger) doors one of them (Left) was jammed. I needed to pull the handle with force and after a minute or so it opened. Two days ago, exact same thing happened with another back (Passenger - Right) door but this one opened quite easily today. Is this a problem because of faulty rubber seals on the door? or it's just a winter and can happen to any car/any door?

Becareful with not braking the door handle when opening the door cause my friend entire door handle on his VW broke cause the door was frozen but the dealership repaired it for him for free.

yea the cold has been playing games with my car...
sometimes the steering wheel doesn't tilt down untill i restart the car... when its cold outside...
your issue sounds like it just froze up... lettin it warm up a while should help that... i've also been knows to pour warm water on the seams of the door/windows to free them up.
and on the winter topic... got some snow tires! love them with the 4m.. the car moves so well throught the snow!

yea that is awkward... but maybe it was the direction on the snowfall or the wind...
a lot of the time all 4 doors don't get hit with the same weather.
most of the time it's only one side that is frozen the other is fine for me...
JUST the back tho... that is a bit messed up... check the child lock maybe? i think we have them on our cars lol... could be a issue with that.
