Just found this forum, I am going through MB hell with service. I have a 2014 S550 with the rear package like the Maybach and I use MB approved products and have a G63 (that has been a MB good experience) but they are giving me all of these problems about my S 550. My calipers are rusted in the back and you can see its faulty paint. My car is also garage kept, air conditioned garage, and cleaned daily. Here is an image, I am seriously thinking about filing something against DELRAY MERCEDES who said I used the wrong cleaner and its not covered. This site has helped me realize that I am not the only person going through this. I bought this car bc its supposed to be the flagship and on a side note the WIFI sucks, I have to use my ipad or phone, and the MBrace and Nav takes forever and is often wrong.
