what is NTG4 command unit?
I have 2009 W204 and I am in US. Is W204 US Command NTG 4? or something else?

What's the hurry, it would not change from what it is now?

It is NTG4. NTG3 is for 221 and 216, NTG2.5 for most other models with a new hard drive based navi device.
