Pzero 225/45 R17 91W on front xcel and 225/45 R17 91V on rear?

What possible problems I can encounter if i have these two different speed tyres on front and rear xcel.

example :

Pzero 225/45 R17 91W on front
Pzero 225/45 R17 91V on rear?

Both tyres are RFT

W tyres go upto 270
V tyres go upto 240

Not that my car can do that speed due to speed limiter and engine power (max I have done is 230) but is it safe to have that setup and do 200+ KM/h ??

And any performance hit i will encounter while cornering?

The reason I can not get Pzero 225/45 R17 91W for rear wheels is cose they are not available in the market. I can order them but it may take 1-2 months to get them manufactured here (Amsterdam) and I need to change the rear tyres now now.

Well for starters, the 1st thing that you would need to do is, have the lower speed rate on the front axle. Talking about handling, YES, it may hamper behaviour and potential oversteer conditions may arise. Not saying that i have experienced it, but definitely got to know the same from somewhere. Also, your speed limit would then be limited to the lower rated spec i.e. 240. Hope this helps!
