Service A Light

ALOHA everyone,

I have a 2009 MB C300 Sport with 1500 miles and Service A due is showing on instrument display. I am not going to change the oil and filter at this times coz mileage is very low. How do I reset the Service A light to go away. Thanks.

Another round of ICE
If you bought the car late in the model year, the service indicator may be coming on due to a year of timing being measured. Check the build date on the sticker on the door jamb. Oil deteriorates over miles and/or time. I would go ahead and still do the service.

Sorry about the confusion, I copied and paste the text into the thread, but didn't check it for accuracy as the symbols didn't transfer over.

Again I hope that this information helps you out. This information came directly from Mercedes.
