Hey guys.....was curious if anyone else here has ordered anything from DDM as of late? I ask because I ordered a set of thier slim ballas HID's for my C300 late Thursday evening and havent heard word on whether or not they have shipped.....tried calling and left a message and still have yet to hear from them.....anyone hear anything or have a clue as to whats goin on w them as a company?

When I ordered DDM HID kit, UPS emailed me a tracking number, and I used that number to track where my package was.

 

i think they are running behind on all the orders. but they will send you the tracking number soon

 

ya i ordered mine on 1/13 and still nothing yet, their backtracked because they've gotten in alot of orders, it says it right on their homepage.

 

There products are great. but there service is not very good. I have purchased a set of slim ballast along with bulbs and 2 days later, there price dropped significantly and they refused to allow me the difference even though I havent received the item. I tried to cancel the order and place it again and they said they would charge a 15% restocking fee. Not very friendly. There company answer "Our new supply was cheaper and we are forwarding the discount to our customers" EXCEPT ME!

 

Yeah I just caught that blurb on thier front page.....however....I think they should atleast have someone answering the phones and/or returning phone calls when messages are left? Or is that too much to ask?

So I finallt got ahold of someone there and was told they shipped out yesterday and should be here mid next week
