School is raffling 2010 C300
I looked on my schools website and they are raffling a 2 year lease for a 2010 C300 or $15,000 cash prize, for $50 a raffle. Link on the bottom of the page 
Drawing to be held on June 18, 2010 at SCCC. Car provided by Mercedes Benz of Smithtown, member of Competition Auto Group. Only persons 18 years of age or older shall purchase raffle tickets. The winner of raffle prize need not be present at the time of the drawing. Winner is responsible for all taxes and other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize. In the event that less than 300 tickets are sold, the drawing becomes an 80/20% drawing, with the winner receiving 80% of the total dollar amount of actual tickets sold and SCC?Foundation receiving 20%. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of valid entries received. Raffle tickets are not a tax deductible gift. NYS GC 47-202-499-06776
