My dads C350 letters fell off or someone janked them off but I need to know where can I buy the piece to re apply it

Since they are held on by double back tape, you can buy replacements at a dealer or remove the survivors with dental floss. It helps to heat them up first with a heat gun or hair dryer if you do that. They are chromed plastic so the cost will be low.

Of course with them removed, there is always the danger of being mistaken for a lowly C300.

They are cheap to replace, but dont put them on your self unless you have a steady hand. Your dealer should be happy to have someone put them on for you, its a quick job. If you want to put them on your self, its really not hard. They come on a paper strip in perfect placement. You put on a big wide strip of tape on the face surface. Remove the decals from the packaging so that they are stuck to the tape. Simply line them up straight and press on the car. Oh you might want to use something to mark the spot you will be placing them on before hand so you dont mess up.
