Default music volume issue

I noticed one issue on my MM system. Every time I start the car, the music volume will come to a default level, no matter It was lower or higher volume before.

I have tried to lower the volume before I stopped the engine, but it will come to higher startard volume next time I start the engine. As I remember it wasn't like this before, this issue has been appeared since I reset the factory setting on my MM.

Any solutions? Help will be appreciated

I have the same problem. I find it too loud when I first start the car.

same issue for me, can i disable this feature? It should resume at the same volume it was when it was turned off!

same problem here, asked the dealer and they said they don't know also but they said they will check with Germany and let me know. So far, no word from them yet.
