your saying the offset is +25, the bolt pattern is 5x112 and the wheel size is 20x9 right?
the offset is too low ESPECIALLY with 20's.
the bolt pattern is correct
they are 9" up front with a 255 is pretty wide.
bottom line, with a +25 offset and no modification to the fenders NO, I don't think they will fit.

That would definitely stick out like a low rider car. I tried on a set of E class rims with a 39 rear and 38 front offset and it stick out like damn mean 1/2 inch out of the fenders. I can only imagine 25.
