A few quick questions...

I'm new here so go easy if i didn't fully search the forum for answers

2010 C300

1st. I regret not getting satellite radio! Can i get a stock unit installed or is it better to get an aftermarket set up?

2nd. Will the car let me know when i need my oil changes? I just turned 5k miles.

You have a 2010. Probably at 10K miles. My 2008 goes 13K miles between changes. You're about half-way there. Don't worry, the car is designed for this distance between changes.

Aftermarket will be much cheaper as a way to add satellite radio. That said, you might get lucky and find an OEM unit on eBay. I prefer OEM (fully integrated and carries a factory warranty), but if cost is an issue to you, then aftermarket is the way to go.
