sunroof/windows auto close/open

hi everyone,

ran into a problem with my sunroof while using the auto/open feature with remote key. when i double click and hold the remote key to close the sunroof, the back portion of the sunroof went down instead of being flush with the roof. has anyone ran into the same issue?
