In November 08, I did a 09 C300 manual trans, P1, no MM, for $32k, so you can reckon from that point as well.

Look for a dealer with a new 09 still on his lot and don't be affraid to drive (or even fly) to get your deal.
in Nov. 08, I got an 08 C350 with everything except MM (and even a set of MB racks) for 29k plus TTL.

so I spoke another dealer and now I am at 37k plus TTL on 2010 C300 black on black with P1 and multimedia.

I will be signing the deal this weekend.

Unless you guys think that they can go down another 2k; I will happy with the number

Wait until the end of the month. It is not an urban legend that car pricing is better the last couple of days of the month. I bet you could save another $750 or so.
