C300 car hood re paint,help please
my C300 get hit by little rock on high way,there is a pit on my hood of the car,if I want to fix it,re paint it should I go to any body shop or MB dealer does better job?I heared it is samething from MB dealer,or body shop.what ya guys think?

I would just take it to the bodyshop. MB dealerships outsource to local body shop anyway, so why give them money to be the middle man?
Your whole hood would probably need to be painted on / mixed in so it should run you around $400.

really appreciated your reply my friend,that's what I heared too,samething if you go to any legit body shop or MB dealers.my uncle has a body shop,he is only gona charge me for paint,haha,got lucky on that one,I am wondering should I do the paint protection~I heared it is not good after a while,it is gona get some bubble inside the paint protection.but does it really protect from the little rock hit the hood?

If you have a simple paint chip with a little metal pitting, you may want to try your hand at using touch up paint. If not, there are tons of chip/dent repair companies around that should be faster and cheaper than most body shops.
