TV/DVD Comand unlock from Kleeman...
Hey guys has anyone checked that out? I was on theworkshopMB.com and they have a Kleeman TV/DVD unlock module so you can have the VIM while watching DVDs and its going for 250ish. Has anyone tried this? is it the same concept as MidCitys? Could navigation still function with this, im not 100% but i remember reading somewhere that the MidCity one wouldnt let you use Navi? If you can help clear this up it woudl be really appreciated

I have midcitys. To use VIM you hit the + and - (volume control on steering wheel) at the same time to enable it. If you had navi working in the background then the cursor will freeze on the spot. If you hit the + and - again you disable VIM and re-enable navi. Give it time, it'll take about 30 seconds for the navi to find the correct location you're in.
So what I do is if I'll pause it the video if I need to use navi and switch to it. It's not that much of a hassle if you're only pushing to buttons to switch back and forth.
